mens healthA mans health issues useually start when he stops working out all kinds of things can contribute to the problems men face when in mid life useually work related working to many hours in the day at the job they do.

When you do finially come home all you want to do is sit down and relax eat your meal maybe a glass of beer or wine then sit for the rest of the night watching T.V. Then most likely fall a sleep this repeating its self night after night does’s it sound familiar well this was me until i realized i was sleeping my life away not healthy at all. Thats when it hit me if i did not do something about the situation there was a good possibility that something very nasty could happen to me, After all i was only 41 years of age 5f 5in tall and 15 stone in weight.

WAS I FIT NO WAY every time i walked up the stairs i though i was going to take a heart attack or maybe a stroke it was things like this that got me thinking i really do have to do something about the situation. I was only 41 years of age so what did i do! Well that night i set my alarm clock 30mins earlier than normal it would be 6am no one would be around at that time (smile).

So next morning the alarm goes off 6am i jump out of bed cold water in my face to wake me up then put on my shorts, trainers, sweat shirt, the whole WORKS open the door and off i go. May i say not for miles and miles just a few times around the block to get me started. This was my life time fitness routine now.

Now at night When i would come home there was no more sitting in the chair watching T.V. NO it was on to my little stepping machine to watch T.V (SMILE).Oh not to forget my two little dumbells in my hands up and down  may sound silly but after 4 weeks of this healthy working out it started to work i had lost around 8lbs. I was starting to be one of the healthy men out there again with mens workout, mens vitamins,magazines health, mens nutrition, workout health,more mens mag.

While it sounds like it was taking over my life all this time i was spending doing all this was the time i spent loungeing about the house or sleeping in the chair  the extra 30 mins i added getting up in the morning was not only exerciseing my body it was also exerciseing my mind also.

Around this time with the weight loss and healthy eating and taking some vitamins i had increased not only my energy but i felt healthy, I’m no expert in the world of health and physical fitness all it took from me was to get up and "TAKE ACTION" One step at a time a bit of healthy eating, some vitamins ,a stepping machine, mens nutrition ,magazines ,mens fitness and my two little dumbells.

I just thought i would sit down and write this little post because its about me just an ordanary working guy just like some of you reading this, Perhaps i want to live a little longer and thats why i took ACTION

THE POINT IS!

You just need to change a few little things to get you started in your new found health and physical fitness TAKE ACTION NOW. For life time physical fitness.
