<p><font size="2">Not every one has the get up and go you need to start fitness and exercise but this is only in YOUR MIND people tend to put obsticles in there way like i&#8217;ve been woking all week YEA sitting in a chair in some office your body can not handle the stress of sitting in a chair all day.</font></p>
<p><font size="2">But you must gt over theses obsticles,for some one in a job with not much activity a good way to start is if you have to drive to work park your car a few blocks away from your place of work or if you use the bus get of a few stops from your work place and walk the rest of the way to work this will&nbsp;start you of to physical fitness and health.</font></p>
<p><font size="2">So if you tend to sit around the home with the puppy looking up in to your face wanting youto lift it&#8217;s lead to take them&nbsp;for a walk JUST THINK OF THIS.&nbsp;It takes time but life will catch up with you and all your good intentions. As the years pass your energy levels start to drop your weight will increase you&#8217;ll loss strength daily chores will start to get harder your immune system is on longer be as strong as it was which will leave you prone to infections&nbsp;and nasty deseases that are not good for your long term future and health.</font></p>
